Review Mantra is a genuine portal to bridge the gap between the Business and the Users. It aims to increase the transparency and authenticity to make reviews about any product/service by cutting down the filtration that it passes through the different levels of hierarchy in any organisation . It also focuses on surveys following a very different business model where the users have a dedicated profile and get free mobile recharges upon any survey they take,this increases the users interest to give their opinion and this poses a great threat to the existing leaders in the survey business as most of their surveys are fake. They also plan to launch a service called as 'Secret reviews ' wherein their employees will pose as Customers and test their businesses on their actual sites which may be shopping malls,clubs or restaurants and give them concrete answers on the various parameters for which they want to be tested .
