The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Guiana Shield region of South America. The Company, through its subsidiary, Reunion Manganese Inc. (RMI), holds approximately four prospecting licenses for manganese, which includes the Matthews Ridge project. The Matthews Ridge Project is located between over two drainage basins of the Barima and Barama river systems, at approximately 260 kilometers North West District of Guyana, South America.
