Rescue Ops began in 2010 when their co-founder realized that all the human trafficking victims who were seeking services at the non-profit he was working for were exploited on the internet. Each of these victims had a similar story – their trafficker made them use internet ads to connect them to their exploiters. Tragically, very few of the ads that were put on the internet could readily be obtained for law enforcement intervention and prosecution.
