RentFair specialises in residential property letting for private landlords. In a nutshell, it tries to bring the functionality and coverage normally only available to commercial letting agents, to the individual private landlord. Letting agents are permitted to add properties to the site, but only if they clearly specify any charges made to tenants on their property advertisement. Landlord members can save their properties in the site's database, allowing them to re-let quickly without having to upload property photos and re-enter descriptions. RentFair has a detailed search function, including a map search, and property-hunters who register with the site can ask for email alerts when matching properties are added to the site.
