Online rental applications and background checks. Renter's Friend aims to revolutionize the rental application process. Our site (https://rentersfriend.com): Renter's Friend provides online rental applications and automated credit/background checks for rental properties. We launched in August of this year. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for property owners and tenants. Currently, there is no such product on the market for small to medium size properties (1 to 50 units) and we've have great success in marketing to demographic. Our product: Our product is an online form for rental applications (with automated credit processing on the backend). We provide a variety of mechanisms and APIs for property owners to embed the form onto their website, craigslist, or email.
