The owner, Nancy Horanzy, has grown the business from a home based, one person operation to now having an office/garage space in East Granby, Connecticut, with three employees. The company operates in Connecticut and southwest Florida. Affordable produces a high quality redeveloped residential single family home at competitive market pricing.
