ReferQuest lets people post something they're trying to find (“I want to find a Mandarin-speaking nanny,” “I want to find temporary office space on the Westside”), along with the reward they're willing to pay to the person who finds it for them (e.g.: “I'll pay $75 if you find me temp office space”). People can then earn Pay Pal money if they are chosen as the successful referrer. It's free to post a request, and you only pay when you've found what you're looking for. No spam, no scam.
