About company
Reelhouse (Now part of Getty Images collection www.gettyimages.com) was a privately held software company based in Los Angeles, California and New York City. It grew through the efforts of the original parent company Lunchbox Studios (Now called Lunchbox and part of WPP and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide). Reelhouse grew from a 1-2 product market test started in 2002 to a 100+ product company. Reelhouse’s main product, royalty-free video libraries, were sold and downloaded in 35 countries with global resellers in Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, France, United Arab Emirates and The United States. The vision of Reelhouse was to empower the fast growing number of video professionals as well as video enthusiasts with an arsenal of downloadable video FX who were under the constant pressure of deadlines and budgets, and desperately need quality content as quickly as possible. Reelhouse is now part of Getty Images collection www.gettyimages.com.
