Recoversy is a financial consultancy company which helps investors to search and claim back their lost investments which may be unattended due to loss of share certificates, name mismatch, signature mismatch, death of the sole holder, etc. Recoversy specializes in claiming back the shares and dividends transferred to the IEPF Authority. According to the Company Act, 2013 if an investor does not claim the dividends for a consecutive span of 7 years the shares and the dividends are transferred to the IEPF Authority.
