For twelve years Real Strategies Community Interest Company (CIC) have helped community organisations start up services, or keep them going and growing. Where there is a proven gap in services we kick-start new projects. We are committed to meeting the needs of a wide range of clients: from urban institutions to rural community groups. We have a particular interest in reaching mis- represented or under-represented groups. As a Community Interest Company, and certified social enterprise, our profits are recycled into the business, or community. We do not benefit individual shareholders. We are a small business, and unless we have raised grants for projects, we charge for services. We are managed by a volunteer board.
