Pintilie Broker Asigurare (PBA) is the largest online insurance broker in the insurance market in Romania. The company is active in general insurance, auto and non-self. It was founded in 2006 by Alexandru Pintilie, then a student at the Academy of Economic Studies. The company operates both through traditional agencies, but mainly through its portals: www.rca-ieftin.ro and www.asiguratorii.ro Turnover in 2009: 1 million Eur; in 2010: 5,5 million eur. History In 2006 he launched the first version of the site www.rca-ieftin.ro, with price comparison and home delivery, the first source of information in real time over charges of eight insurance companies. In 2007 the company began expanding network of classic agenciesc, reaching in 2010 at a total of 10 agencies. In July 2010 was launched www.asiguratorii.ro portal dedicated to all types of insurance. On September 2, 2010, the company won the first place in the category "Services and Tourism" in Romanian E-Commerce Gala 2010.
