We’re Raise & Relevel, and we deal with buildings and concrete that have started to sink, shift, or show cracking. It’s usually not dramatic at first—just small signs that gradually become harder to ignore. We work right across Australia, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and regional areas, helping homeowners, property managers, and commercial sites sort out ground movement issues in a practical way. Our services cover slab re-levelling using expanding polyurethane resin, underpinning, void filling, specialised grouting, driveway lifting, crack injection, and managing water ingress. Sometimes it’s a section of concrete that’s dipped just enough to be a nuisance. Other times… there’s more going on below the surface.
