radiusIQ.com provides an instant home evaluation tool to realtors across the U.S. This tool, called contactIQ, can be easily installed to a realtor's existing real estate website and used for both lead generation and constant two-way contact. Based upon the very successful subscription-based business model which provides a steady income stream, our most popular product, 'contactIQ Pro', is charged at 69.95 per month. The company did a small market test (40,000 realtors emailed) in the third quarter of 2013, resulting in several realtors signed up and feedback from others regarding features they would like to see added before they would use the service. Currently our programmers are working on adding these features and we expect to be ready for full scale marketing early in 2014.
