Quiet Reflections is a Holistic Therapy practice run by Julia Moden and is based in part of an old school in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. Its clients, of all ages, range from people who want total relaxation from a stressful lifestyle to sports men and women who require an occasional treatment for a sports injury.
