QSmart is an aggregator service platform that comes with smartphone application that display queue statistics for consumer services such as banking, hospital, government agencies, retail, restaurant and so much more. QSmart provide an ecosystem around existing queueing system implementation and provide simple API calls for existing queueing system provider to integrate their system with us. Our intention is to come out with a standard protocol and API that can be easily implemented. We did not intend to become a new competitor on existing queuing system, but as a complement and added value to their system. With QSmart: 1. User can request for ticket remotely. 2. View the current call and its burn down rate while calculating how much time before their turn. 3. Pick up any dropped/cancelled ticket to legally jump queue. 4. Show more information on current place, and suggest where user can go for a quick walk. 5. Alarm user when their number is approaching.
