The Company was founded in 1993 under the name of Canara Technologies and established its reputation by providing CD-R products for the music industry and other markets. The music industry continues to be an important market niche. QPS had been established as a brand name. However, when the company expanded its product lines and markets, QPS, Inc. was established as a new entity.
