QOOPER is a social network for the TV audience that combines the functionality of a social network with a program guide, content ,remote control, media centre, live chat and shopping. The product is espected to be live from 15th of February 2014. The project is guided by the business angel network saar (BANS) and supported by the chamber of commerce Saar and the ministry of economics (Saar).
