QCast music is a smartphone application that transforms its users’ Chromecast into a shared music party. It is similar to a social DJ application where its users can share music with guests and strangers. In addition, QCast enables anyone to add tracks for the playlists. For this at least one person in the group need to have the Google Play Music all access account to serve as host for all others. QCast sends the tunes from a smartphone to the Chromecast and thereafter anyone can contribute a music track.
