The Publicity Wheel is a website exposure and traffic-generating service for website owners. It allows users to earn "publicity points" by helping to promote a single featured website at a time. Each round, a new website is selected (based on their publicity points), and featured again. Users with more publicity points have a higher chance of being selected each round.
