Prop.Exchange, created by TrueMarketValue, is a digital auction site for real estate properties where supply meets demand. The purpose is to effectively trade properties to the true market value. A Dutch auction is characterized by a falling price. With a starting price of e.g. index 100, the price will fall every weekday at. 12.00. until a buyer accepts the price (or the seller decides to keep the property). Once a buyer has accepted the price, it has 2 days to sign a simple, conditional, purchase agreement and pay the deposit. If the buyer does not sign the agreement within 2 days, the auction will resume. Interested buyers will, after registration, have access to relevant property data, drawings, sales agreement, etc.
