PROimpact Oy has developed OPTIME software helping companies to optimize HR investments. OPTIME is a BI-software which supports in achieving more efficiency and productiveness by investing in people. OPTIME was developed based on scientific research program and piloted with big number of companies. PROimpact has arranged 2012 -2016 nine times popular leader's forum "Työhyvinvoinnin TulosFoorumi" in Helsinki.
