[ProActive Software Ltd.](http://proactivesoftware.com/index.cfm) specializes in web-based project management services and solutions. ProActive Software's mission statement is "about creating solutions to make the day to day running of business smoother" with a company slogan of "Serious Management Solutions." ProWorkflow was the first product released and managed by the company. Initially, software was sold through a code download model where a company initially buys the software then pays an annual licensing fee. The company later decided to move into a SaaS (Software as a Service) model as well.
