The classic car market in the UK alone generates £5.5bn revenue a year with £2.97bn (initial Target Market) of that being on services and maintenance.  Services are highly fragmented, are of a very low standard, and have low user satisfaction. The PCC platform will allow users to transact and manage their collections while brokering third party services such as insurance, logistics and financing through one easy to use tool.
