Our mission is to improve the clinical success of medicines through leading the deployment of predictive super signatures and super biomarkers. In a world where medicines are becoming ever more niche and stratified there has never been greater pressure on companies to develop a step-change in the speed and success rates of translating medicines through clinical development. Preome is focused on two grand issues. Firstly, animal models have largely failed to predict a medicine’s future clinical success. Secondly, stratifying a medicine’s response into patient groups is only possible post approval or late in development when sufficient samples are ready. Preome is focused on delivering the most reliable indicator of a medicine’s future clinical success (Predictive Super Signature). With continued data collection, Preome can produce the most accurate predictive biomarker signature (Predictive Super Biomarker) for stratifying limited amounts of data available during early clinical development.
