PredictMX captures the true condition of a unit using data from sensors already on the equipment today. Our rugged electronics which mount to a unit use machine learning to analyze the available data whenever the equipment is running, looking for specific changes in conditions that warrant attention. Alerts are wirelessly transmitted off the unit so that supervisors on location and managers in the office can make informed, condition based decisions, in real time. This represents a major leap forward in how operational readiness and maintenance is managed today. In addition, our product seamlessly integrates into a company’s current maintenance process, allowing them to continue using their existing systems.
