Predictico is a behavioral analytics system that profiles, analyzes, and alerts regarding potential insiders. The company focuses on the non- IT aspects of the employee behavior and history- monitoring it’s journey through the organization from recruitment to retirement (or termination), building a behavioral profile and seeking “red flags” signaling changes in behavior which may indicate the employee is becoming a potential threat. Predictico utilizes a proprietary big data analysis and profiling engine and receives its indicators from HR, ERP and other systems within the organization. It was founded in 2016 and is based in Herzliya, Tel Aviv, Israel.
