Black Raven Energy owns and operate intrastate natural gas gathering systems. They commenced operations in January 2004 upon our acquisition of certain operating assets of TOP Gathering, LLC. They operate in the intrastate gas gathering environment, which is less regulated than interstate gas transportation, and currently plan to limit our expansion to intrastate operations.
