It was established 1985 by Dr Swaraj Paul, the author and co-author of ”Surface Coatings: Science & Technology” editions 1 and 2 by John Wiley & Sons 1985 and 1996 and ”Comprehensive Polymer Science: vol 6” by Pergamon press 1989.
