Power Energy Fuels, Inc. (PEFI) is a Nevada corporation formed in 1996, with corporate offices located in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. Under agreement with PowerEnerCat, Inc. the Company has acquired the exclusive worldwide rights to a proven process, by which any carbonaceous source, ranging from natural gas to farm and municipal solid waste, may be converted into a high grade alcohol product trademarked Ecalene™. The Power Energy Fuels process and proprietary catalyst are in the forefront of the expanding alternative fuel industry. Ecalene™ is registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and the process has the potential to set new quality and performance standards for the environmental and alternative fuel industries.
