Pounce Technologies, formerly known as Slyce, was established in its current form following the sale in 2016 of all of the assets of Slyce. Slyce was taken private after being acquired by Anzu Partners, and the parent company changed its name to Pounce Technologies and continued to trade on the TSX exchange.
