Poshtick is a health and wellness startup. Poshtick has an interesting founding story. Pranav Sharma, a 23-year old commerce graduate from Delhi University, and working in the consulting firm, Grant Thornton, realized that due to shortage of time and his sedentary lifestyle, he had gained a lot of weight. When he joined a gym to get rid of the excess weight and be fit, he discovered that apart from gym workouts, it’s the diet that plays a more important role in weight management. He found out that 80% of what one eats, determines one’s health, while the gym workouts account for only 20% of it.
