It mainly focuses on the development of wide-bandgap compound GaN semiconductors by applying material technologies and solutions to unleash the full potential of GaN to revolutionize the electronics industry. The company was co-founded by Dr. Tongtong Zhu, Dr. Yingjun Liu, and Prof. Rachel Oliver.
