Based in the UK, PocketFM's SaaS product is primarily B2B. It was conceived to exploit real demand from SMEs worldwide, which is reflected by the eagerness of several well-known UK organisations to be part of the pilot. The global FM software (CAFM) sector is worth approximately £2.5 billion per annum, of which the SME market is worth an estimated £1.5 billion. Currently there is no off-the-shelf, SaaS CAFM product. This means that, in order to reap the cost savings and efficiency benefits of CAFM, SMEs are currently forced into expensive and time-sapping software implementations.
