Plum & Sage Tea Rooms, Bakery & Boutique (formerly Creations Bakery) ,you could say, was formed many years ago when Jamie Nation, owner, at the age of nine, began to teach herself how to decorate cakes and cook. She told her mother "I am going to be a chef when I grow up.". With the support of her family she went on to achieve that dream.
