Founded in April 2011 in San Francisco, Modi Inc. builds playful social products that are about discovering art, design, fashion, and shopping. DailyModi is an iPhone app that brings daily visual inspiration to your phone. Every day, it presents you with new sets of beautiful things to discover & rate: fashion, style, shopping, design & more. As you rate each set, DailyModi shows you which items your friends have liked and how your tastes compare. PlayModi.com is a tool to create inspirational sets of images for your friends & followers to rate, and then see which images were the most popular. It’s a fun way to engage your friends in a conversation, ask for input, or just make a “Hot-Or-Not” on a particular topic. These applications were developed by Gregor Hochmuth and Shaun Modi.
