They are a quality shed and playhouses builder. They just landed a Buyer's agreement with The Home Depot to sell their buildings all across Canada and the USA. He has the agreement in hand. He needs to raise funds to be able to increase his production in order to fulfill the demand. He has a good production system , a good supplier network and distribution set up in both Canada and USA. The business in itself is pretty straight forward as it's not involving a great deal of technology other than their order processing through The Home Depot system. They need to be sellable through HD within the next 8 weeks.
