Created in 2001, Place Victor Hugo (PVH) is a private training group that offers a set of activities dedicated to the support and development of professional practices as well as the teaching of French as a Foreign Language (FLE). Today, the Group provides advice and management support, training French as a Foreign Language (FLE), distance vocational training and educational communication.
