Pivot Enterprise is a SaaS-based platform for internal engagement and knowledge-sharing within corporations, non-profit organizations, universities, and trade associations. The platform promotes engagement across organizations by enabling subject matter experts to share their knowledge; enhancing retention, development, and leadership initiatives; creating opportunities and mechanisms for individual or group recognition; and supporting succession-planning initiatives to ensure talent is not lost with attrition. Pivot Enterprise was launched in 2012 and is based in Austin, Texas.
