Pinktrotters is a worldwide online and offline community of contemporary women living in urban areas and working as professionals, with a core aged between 25-40 years old. The platform enables women to meet other women for social exclusive events as well as share trips and new experiences together. Globally women are more independent financially and emotionally, resulting in more mobility in their careers and their lives. For instance, a woman who moves to a new country for work would need to expand her social network (beyond colleagues), particularly other women. While there are dating websites and applications there is no platform for her to meet other women with common interests and background. Also, there is a need to find other women to travel with (her friends may have other commitments (logistical or financial)).
