PicPac is an Android app to create time-lapse and stop motion videos. Users can use their gallery photos, gallery videos broken down to pictures, and Instagram photos, or capture time-lapse photos to create videos. They don’t have to make any upload to the server. PicPac was developed by Ron Genliang Guan and its operations are based in Sydney, Australia.
