The Phoenix Agency, established in January of 1991 to offer testing, balancing and commissioning services built upon a solid professional and ethical foundation. Certified by the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC), maintains a highly qualified technical crew of eleven. Four Test and Balance Engineers, two of whom are also certified by the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) as Commissioning Agents (Cx); and three certified Test and Balance Technicians. Our administrative staff provides client support, drafting, scheduling, estimating, report production and accounting expertise.
