Philco, founded in 1906 in Philadelphia (USA), is the synthesis of "Philadelphia Company" (formerly known as Spencer Company and subsequently Helios Electric Company). In the beginning it was characterized as a company producing storage batteries. But later it pioneered in the early days of radio and television. In the decades of '20 and '30, his business grew and grew into a multinational with major future projects. During the '30s sophisticated Philco radio produced phonographs in conjunction with RCA. Also he built several models of radios and televisions, including classical radius shaped wooden cathedral. In 1934 he perfected for the first time unveiled the high-fidelity sound, reaching 1,250,000 sales.
