PetroBot Technologies develops and operates robots to automate infrastructure inspections. We are building an inspection robot called PetroBot ITIS Mark-1 to inspect operational chemical/petroleum storage tank floor plates and other internal surfaces for metal loss due to corrosion. It is remotely operated robotic inspection tool which can inspect the condition of tank internals without any shut down of storage tanks, no need to clean the tanks, no environmental pollution due to non-generation hazardous waste, no human entry into confined space, saving on downtime and repair cost to tank owners.
