Hi, my name is Peter Machinis and this blog is about some of things I like related to food, cars and travel. I'm from the Chicago area so I've been exposed to a lot of different foods and restaurants. Chicago is at the forefront of dining innovation. Also, as I learn some new recipes, I'll post them! Oh, my family has a Red Bone Coonhound, so I'll post some pictures of her too!
