Perez, a former police officer who is a licensed attorney and inventor. PFS has a patent for its Touch DNA R/S swab (recovery and stabilization) and is seeking to market the patent, as well as add another swab to its suite of services. PFS needs marketing, and distribution capital to increase its market share.
