ELAN, National Network of Business Incubators , is an association law of 1901, which aims to bring together 300 business incubators and nurseries of the country, which include approximately 8,000 startups (young growth companies) whose nurseries incubators provide recruitment, accommodation, animation and accompaniment. Nurseries and their association existed for over 25 years (1989) and were the source of the development of entrepreneurship in France which they are the main actor. Their 8000 startups create about 25,000 jobs per year and as many innovations and wealth.
