PENPET Petrochemical Trading has focused its activities primarily on the export of chemical raw materials from Europe. With the increasing relocation of significant production capacity to Asia and the concomitant change in commodity flows, business activity also changed at the end of the 1990s. Since then, PENPET has achieved approximately 90% of its turnover with the import of chemical raw materials and distribution in Europe. With the opening of a representative office in China in July 2006, the company took another step towards successfully aligning the business in the future.
