Capital Alliance Software (京联云软件) is a Chinese Android core technology supplier providing advanced smart mobile phone software products and mobile service technical solutions. Pekall Capital Alliance Software, a high-tech software enterprise, was also co-invested by Zhongguancun and China Broadband Capital in 2010. It then developed its own smartphone, whose operating system was based on Linux and Android operating platforms. This was adopted by smartphone manufacturers like Lenovo, Huawei, and Intel, and so on. It also became one of the domestic Android enterprises which could offer specifications from three customized operators.
