Pegger.ca is a Social News & Events site that provides people with the opportunity to collaborate on developing relevant mainstream and non-mainstream news and content. The concept was originally a derivative of Reddit and Digg functionality but has blossomed into a user-generated media system where users can collaborate on and write articles about major and minor news topics locally and globally. The site is in heavy development now, pushing towards an initial release in the next few months. More information will become available as the initial release date is defined.
