Peeka is a mobile app where children’s books come to life in virtual reality, giving kids new ways to engage with books, reading and education, and offering publishers relevancy in an ever-changing media landscape. Peeka creates, hosts and distributes VR children’s content on a mobile platform. On our platform, kids can jump into the pages of their favorite books and let the stories happen to them. Our mission is to create VR books that increase reading comprehension and engagement. We work with authors and publishers to create VR picture book experiences on mobile phones. Our experiences define what reading is like in virtual reality, and bring books like life in ways that engage children beyond the page or tablet. Watching Peeka experiences is easy with our cardboard headsets made specifically for children, but it's possible to experience Peeka with any mobile VR headset.
